      Not only the postal service is going to cut down their business.  Other enterprises, like the Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank which is closing some 150 branches, are shrinking.  The economy is going down hill.  The Dow Jones Index has been falling down 8 in 9 days (today 250 points).  We have to bear with the situation until we have a more capable national leader.

        In my home state they just got a grant to buy a bunch of 3 wheel trikes for the police dept.'s cost 40.000.00 +40000.00 to add the amenities thats 80 G's for something of limited use etc. rainy days go figure who paid the bill oh I forgot that 40.000.00 EACH plus the amenities
