Yes; the sales contract had been written with the contingency that the buyers get approved for a mortgage within a specified time period, so when this time period expires, the sales contract becomes void. It's up to the seller to offer these buyers another contract or to sell the house to someone else.

yes you can buy or sell it when you have not been in any contract or any such formality which leads to the contingency and we can also sale our house with a tag of house for sale in Calgary such as tag line you can provide and can make the house owner do so?
