      Depends on what system and computer you have now. Apple will sell you the new system for your computer: http://www.apple.com/macosx/

          Go to a apple store or dealer.The dealer should give you an indication if your hardware can be upgrade to 10.3 .. This is an older system: the current one is 10.6
