My grandson is 19 and has man boobs. Somewhat better than last year but still a problem. He does not have facial hair yet either. Doctor said last year he had low testosterin levels but not enough to need treatment. Is he still in puberty and is this normal for some?

it is often called BITCH TITS!!! on males.IT is actually called gynomast????? I forget the last letters .There is to much aromatising of hormones.Some males are prone to getting it with a rise in testosterone which will cause your estogen to rise also.Some men will never experience it EVER!!!! these bitch tits can be removed with day surgery
