The Merit Systems Protection Board, a Federal agency that handles allegations from Federal Employees operates as a court, but it's a "Kangaroo Court". In 2000, there were 440 whistleblower cases before the board, and 2 were resolved in favor of the employee. I have first-hand knowledge. I was a victim.
