    If my motorhome is repossessed can my home be taken from me as well?

    I may possible have to have my motorhome repossessed. The finance co told me they would take my house and property if state law permits. What is NM law regarding loosing my home and vehicle?

      I think they are using scare tactics. If you are making payments on your home and it not part of your motorhome loan there should be no way it can be repossessed. However, if both are on the same loan like a second mortgage, you're in trouble.
