    My son turned 18 on June1,2011 my checks are still being garnished for child support payments.How do i get it stopped now that hes 18?

    You may want to check your Divorce and Child Support papers.  Eighteen is not an automatic cut off age unless it is written in the Decree.  Many children now are able to get child support if they are still a full time student.  That is the decent thing to do, don't you think so?


    Most of us don't kick our kids out when they turn 18, we help them get through college.
