Tool tip and surfaces. I use diamond tip tools to cut glass, very hard metals and ceramic materials. Diamonds also cut carbide into useful shapes which is used to cut materials that are softer than it is.

I have given women I have known antique diamonds. I don’t see diamonds as having any special meaning for me in relationships. I understand its use as having symbolic value, however, considering the origins and history of this practice, it’s more like bargaining for sex and favors than developing a strong relationship through mutual compassion and understanding.
