When baking gluten free food, do I need to use all new utensils and bowls, like kosher food?
Do I need to use different tools when making gluten free food from when I'm making other food? Or can I use the same tools and utensils (just cleaned with soap and water, of course)?

Only if you are baking kosher gluten free food. If you don't care if it's kosher or not you don't have to, as in someone needs to eat only gluten free food because of an allergy. Here is a link to Kosher Foods:
