      To forward an email to several addresses at once, go to the email you want to forward > press the 'forward' button > in the new window enter into the 'recipient's' box all the addresses you want to forward to (click on the recipient link for your address book if you need it) > click 'send'.

        Follow Rob Green's answer, but ...


        Please use the Bcc option instead of To and Cc, so that you will not give every person's address to each recipient.
