      I do best when I don't watch the news sometimes.  Some of the news chanels dig up the darkest of things to frighten people and to keep them watching tv.   My husband is a retired federal employee and his check was deposited in our bank account on 7/29/2011.  It usually arrives the last working day of the month.  Social Security checks will be on time.
