I have a 2003 saturn It is not turning on it has power but when I try to turn it on It just makes a clicking noise we had the battery checkd Its fine We had the starter replaced. There is alight on the dash that has a picture of a car and a lock what could that be?
I don't have it thats why I'm asking.
