      dust the ribs in seasoned flour, then brown, put them in a slow cooker with crushed garlic, red wine (merlot is good) onions and a little beef stock...very easy and tastes great served with mash or cous cous

        marinate ribs in garlic 1 fresh chillie honey and soy sauce for as long as you acn put in slow cooker serve with corn on the cob enjoy


        or for winter ribs potatoes carrots onions beef stock and dumplins very heart warming

          thanks Pamela yes both those meals are really good thanks for the comment ps its been 29 degrees here really hot though we are exspecting thunder tomorow :-)
