First, copy down the email address you want to forward to, if it's not already in your address book. Then open the email you want to forward. Click the 'Forward' button. In the recipient's line type in the address you want to forward the email to. Click 'Send'.

If the email address you want to forward the email to is in your email program address book, when you start typing in the name and all matching addresses will come up / click the 'recipient' link and the address book comes up. Select from the options.
