    Why when it rains do my sinuses become (on a scale from 1-10, a ten) extremely pinful

    When it rains the relative humidity in the air is high and it creates pressure on your sinuses.  Use nasal spray on a regular basis even when it is not raining.

    We would not know about your sinuses but if you say they are painful when it rains, then they must be. Your sinus walls probably swell when it rains causing discomfort. A good nasal spray should help you
