        This program as in akaQA?  You can right click on the blue button and the button will disappear. You can also unclick the website from under Tools (or the wrench symbol).

          Are talking about the toolbar for this site? If so, you will not find an uninstall, this is not a program tyoe toolbar, it is an app or extension of your browser. You would have to go into your app/ext manager and disable/remove the toolbar.
