    I cannot get the message to print, only the logos on top of the e-mail print

      Sounds like you are clicking the print icon on your browser or selecting print from you file menu. You need to click the print button in your email application. This will or should open a box up with the email you are trying to print in it. Then if it does not automatically print, you can select print from your file menu and the email should print just fine
