I assume you mean how to set it as your desktop background. Locate the pic on your hard drive that you want to set as your background, right click on the pic then select set as desktop. If the pic does not automatically set as your background then somewhere on your ddesktop right click your mouse, select personalize/customize, then in the pop up box select the desktop tab or icon (windows 7 is an icon) and select your pic from the ones listed. Click apply then ok. This should do the trick.
