YES!!! They should have to pay for repair.... However if you did not inform them you are partly to blame. Also you will resieve compinsation for housing if need be.

We are county residents we do not have to have a permit... only a water sample test.... Good thinking Colleen

I'd also check with the town to see if a permit was pulled for where the mobile home was to be placed. If there was a permit and the building inspector approved the placement, then I'd sue the town too.
