      Your best friend is a user, don't trust her again. As far as turning her in , this is hard to prove, if you worked for the stamps you would guard them better.

        I dont know your situation personally, but if you need food stamps for the sole reason you guys dont have jobs then you could get together and help each other make resumes :)
