        I have had that on and off since I was about 25. I was told (and it works) to do squats, keep you feet flat on the ground, back straight, and bop down. Then get up and down using you legs to push up, it hurts, but it works.

          look on dr oz.com.  he talks about low back pain and shows people exercise to eliminate backspin.
