          I couldn't, there was no computers when I was ten.  I wasn't allowed to have a 'slide-rule' though. You probably don't even know what that is..

            Yes, a child can have Computer at 10 yrs old, but it depends what your parents decide.

              Why not?  My two grand children less than 10 years old have been having computer more than a year ago.  With the computer they learn a lot other than playing games.
