    How do I get rid of hornet nests in the ground?

    The hornets have holes in the ground next to my driveway.  They have sand mounds built up around the holes that they enter and exit.  How do I get rid of the hornets and the holes that they have made in the ground?

      can u see a hole if u have grease from cooking heat it up at night and poor it in there while they r sleeping

        I have come across many hornets & wasps nests working in my trade & I have found the quickest way to despatch them is to throw (Or spray) mineral turpentine on the nest. The results are intantaneous. Good ides to wait until they are asleep as pinkmoose suggested.
