With the mess they have in Europe, the answer is 'Yes', but against what currency? The U.S. is having so much problem of its own, never mind the printing of lots of money and the debt ceiling being raised. Hence, you could say the U.S. currency itself is going through its own devaluation. Or you could say the euros and the dollar are racing to devalue. Net net, no major change between these two currencies.
However, the euros against other currencies like those of Korean and Singapore currencies, YES! They are perceived to be more stable today.
