    Careers working with children

I am currently getting my BA in Early childhood education. I have heard mixed thoughts on getting this degree. I love working with children and have taught pre-school and I have been a nanny. What can I do with this degree specifically? Is it just a stepping stone to continuing my ed? And does anyone have thoughts on well paying jobs working with children?

If you are looking for money you are in the wrong field. Teaching is fullfilling and stressfull. Keep in mind you do get 2 months off to recoop. And Teachers need that time. Good luck.
