Let's see. If you're 90, how many birthdays have you celebrated vs. someone who's 10?

If you're 90 and did not stop celebrating or ever celebrated your birthdays, it would be 90 birthdays vs someone who's 10.
If we celebrate 2 birthdays per year, does that mean we get to live twice as long?

Not exactly. Two birthdays in a year is only applicable if you're a born again Christian. :)
I'd rather not live twice as long then.
What about people born on a leap year? They haven't got a chance. Every four years they lose a birthday.
