Is there an option on the application where you have to click to save the information? You may not have enough virtual computer memory but if that were the case, your computer would pop up a message telling you so. Your computer will only save the info if you tell it to save the info. If the application does not send, then that is an issue with the job sites app. You will have to contact them for that.
