How to beat the ticket in court.  Put on a shirt and nice pants and shoes.  Be polite.  Speak slowly and not the way you write.  Look at the judge when you speak and address him as "Your honor" or "the bench".  Never interrupt when the judge speaks.  If you disagree, ask permission to offer an explanation.  Lastly, make eye contact, speak loudly so he can hear you,  and be courteous, courteous, courteous.

just wanting to clarify that i was on a motorcycle if u look at the original question it does not state i was on a motorcycle

It doesn't matter what you were driving. You got a ticket for speeding. I'm going to guess the cop spotted you weaving in and out of traffic before he pulled you over. You fight the ticket by going to court and telling the judge just what you've told this forum and hope he believes you over the cop. That's all you can do.
