I ate really hot chilli peppers for lunch today. Four hours later, I had sharp pain in my tummy. Took some tums but the pain came back. My sister told me to drink something hot so I made a cup of hot green tea. Feeling so much better now.

thanks Pamela My Husband is the same have you heard of scotch bonnets they ate the hottest chillie on the market well he eays them I know I live hot and spicey food but as you say about the taste buds have they gone who knows only they do! :-)

Yes Pmaela you can buy them sometimes in a supermarket or on a market or you can even grow them when he starts cutting them and I go into the Kitchen they start to burn my throat and I start to cough and my eyes burn they are leathal :-)

Don't try anything too spicy if you're not used to it. My mom almost ended up at the ER once.

Back in college days, my roommate got ulcers after eating spicy food....or maybe it was excessive drinking. We had to have chilli peppers or tabasco sauce with everything!
