Seriously, I don't know what printer you are talking about but more than likely it needs to have the printhead aligned, assuming you are talking about an 'ink' printer.. If its a laser, then you have scanner problems most likely.. Or fuser.. If an inkjet, just go into maintenance mode and look for something about nozzles or alignment, .. this should take care of it..
