      See link to video below. The girl is a little chatty but she shows you (by using a trampoline) how to do one. I can't place links here so look for it in the comments.  There are other videos on you tube you can check out too.

        Turn on the song, "C'mon, baby, let's do the twist."  Just watch when you twist near the ground, especially GRANDPA3, and get down.
