You're going to have to call the prison to find out this information. I do not work for the penal system. I just know that inmates are not allowed a field day to go see their kids born. Contrary to what Hollywood would have you believe, it's actually a rare occasion that an inmate is even allowed to go to the funeral of a loved one.
