      On September 20 the Don't Ask, Don't Tell Law will be repealed and openly gay men, lesbians and bi-sexuals will be able to enter into military service.

        The Equal Rights Amendment  was passed way back in the early 80s . It was brief and it said something like that women should have the same rights as men ; and that no one can discriminate against women in the job force because of their gender .
