      You should contact your local authorities, STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE and any US military office, VOICE YOUR CONCERNS, they'll either help or direct you to proper OFFICE.

        go to the nearest military post and  ask to  speak to CID they will help out!!!! sfac retired
