save all your individual programs that you put in and want to keep. Then do a system restore. If you have discs for the program, place #1 in CD slot and restart computer. It will ask you if you want to completely restore system. Follow directions and continue until you have completely restored your computer to its original program. Then, add your former programs and files one at a time. If computer is Windows XP, it's built into your computer. It should also be built into Window 7 and the one before it. REMEMBER THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR PROGRAMS AND BE JUST LIKE NEW!!!!!!! I also suggest you get a program like "window Washer" which will keep you computer clean of fragments. Also, two free programs are available called "DEFRAGLER" and "CCleaner". They will keep your computer clean of junk files.
