      Usually this is one of those items listed in the fine print and you might not realize it's there until you go back and read the contents of the loan paperwork. Look for it, bet it's there.

        they did mine. thats why i closed my acct there. i signed papers for them to stop automatic payment.so when some days went by. they went into my acct and took money they had no business to take, and argued me that they had the the right to do so even after i signed for them to stop. i closed my acct.
