Pardon, Due to the foam ,my poly is stuck to my rafters. What the f are you on about.

Are we saying, is it redundant? yes I do believe it is common practice to put up a vapor barrier on the ceiling after installing the insulation. Can you tell if it is a gable style roof, because I know of a basic method to move the hot air up and away from the ceiling area and it's buy the use of pre-made plastic channels. And the hot air at the roof moves up threw the channel and out of vents at the top of the roof. And the you foam insulate over the channels.

While this might sound like an easy task for enthusiastic types with some time on their hands it is in truth an arduous process which requires extremely detailed link knowledge of reference sub-variants. We're talking link about the sort of knowledge that is acquired over years of close study of the Rolex link catalogue's progression while handling examples and noting their defining features.

I distinctly remember one day at Cub Scouts when everyone was playing a round link of the now very cringe-inducing link "Cowboys vs. Indians" I was bluntly told by another kid link "There's no such thing as CHINESE COWBOYS!"
