      Amish are typically associated with the Midwest, though have significant populations outside of the region.  Missouri, Michigan, and Wisconsin are other states with large Amish populations in the Midwest.

        Some of them live in Indiana. I went to school with a couple of Amish kids.  I  think most Amish people live in Pennsylvania.

          They live in my mother's backyard. All her neighbors are Amish. They call her English. My mom lives about an hour north of Harrisburg PA.
