    Mucus in my throat

    I had a severe cough infection about 5 years ago. I let it go and didn't treat it until it developed into a bronchial infection. Ever since then I can feel the mucus in my throat and every morning i have phlegm that comes up. Any suggestions on how I can treat it or get rid of the mucus in my throat.

      For a home remedy ? Try drinking some apple cider vinegar, about a quarter of a cup daily.
