Be truthful. Keep both one page long. The way their put together is just as important as the context. Put yourself in the position of the person reading them. I suggest increasing the font size slightly bigger than the default. It's easier to read, and will stand out amongst the others. Chances are some old bastard is going to read it, and if there eyes are anything like mine, they will appreciate the larger print.

There's no old bastards left in business in Australia. They've replaced them with a younger model. Here, when you are forty you've had it, you're over the hill.
