Love means that you care for someone very much! You have to work at it, though. It is just like you have to have something in the bank to write out a check, so you need to have a healthy view of yourself, and pick someone out who is good to you, and vice versa. The best thing I ever read about love, besides the Psalms in the Bible, is a book my daughter bought as a gift for me. It is called "The Female Brain". There is also a book, by the same author, called "The Male Brain". These books explain the chemical part of love, which is fascinating! There are chemicals called oxytocian and vasopressin and others that have a LOT to do with our feelings of love and attachment, and yearning for the special somebody. They are excellent references to look up your questions about love in.
