        Yes you need a visa if you intend to work in Canada. You go through a point system based on your education, your work history, your age, language skills etc. You must score a 67 or higher to be granted a work permit.

        You will usually have to have a job offer. Check out http://www.canadaworkpermit.com/faq/index.html
