        when I had rose bushes I always used the rose feed to use on them around them and water them, but I also used seven dust and sprinkled it on them and that seem to take care of any problems with them. Also just for info the hardiest rose bush I have ever had is called Mr. Lincoln, it bloomed a lot grew big and smelled wonderful.

          you can either get the powder for black spot or use baking soda. It is moisture spread spore so the powder will work better
