You might want get on a program, Like drink two to three glass of water,and a slise of bread,and plenty excersise,like ten push up or a good swimming ,mabe some arobactic leason,afer breafast than try running a mile or scipping rope,than go home have a rest for after supper no more two slise of bread.WARNING FOR PEOPLE WITH HEART CONDITION BETTER NOT TRY THIS,WITHOUT YOUR PHYSICIAN PERMISTION.
