Yes, it's perfectly natural the best thing to do is not dwell on your problem(s) and get out there and have fun. Keeping busy always cheers me up not to mention praying. My suggestion would be for him to go fishing, that works for me. Hope you fell better soon.

Yes it's natural. Society put the limitations on men as far as how emotional men are allowed to get. I think men would be a lot happier if they were allowed to express their sensitive side without condemnation. It is not a sign of weakness nor does it mean the man is gay (which I've seen posted in other debates). It simply means he is human.
