For starters Dudley Moore was the leading man in the original 1981 movie. I'm sure there is more sex in this one and foul language and nudity and drugs. I bet they won't be anything alike except for the basic plot. Which is rich family wants drunk to marry certain rich girl, he falls in love with a poor girl which could lead to the loss of his fortune.
