Hair loss can be caused by such medical conditions as iron deficiency, too much Vitamin D, thyroid problems, lupus, and hormonal changes.  It can also be caused by wearing ponytails or braids too tight or using hair relaxers.  Normal hair loss after shampooing is up to 250 strands; otherwise, loss of 100 strands per day is normal.  I don't know about you, but I love my hair, and I'd see a doctor to try to reverse this process.

stress, alopecea or some medications can cause this.

Lots of stress was my problem.

You might be working to hard and sweating a lot,you need cool yourself a lot, also wearing a hat for to long doesn't allow your hair to breath.Or just plain old age, kick in!
