    3. why has my maple tree stopped growing? It is in the month towrds mid july right now in Toledo Ohio.This is a 1 year old over 2ft maple tree. It has grown alot until the end of july this month, it just stopped. I know it has been really hot lately. It looks healthy. It has plenty of leaves and to sturdy branches for its size. Does any tree expert know why it stopped growing?

      Just  a guess  stopped growing to conserve it's water supply.

        mmmmm... maple surup... oh maybe its to hot or cold cuz uslely its cold. my mom is from clevelen, Ohio she should know.
