    My foot has been in a cast for 3.5 months..much of the skin has died...what should I do for it?

           You need to get a body scrub brush and use it to remove all the dead skin. (Soaking your foot in hot water first will help soften the dead skin.) At night, use a moisturizer on your foot and cover it with a sock; your foot should look much better in no time!
