        Miserable "christian" ministers,priest pastors etc , too laky to pick up.

        Pigeons would eat them anyway,( the grains of rice not the "christians") they even banned confetti.

        People release helium ballons that burst at height and release the gas into the atmoshphere and the plastic drops down polluting the earth.

        Clever move.
